About Our Attorneys

David P. Murphy is a central Indiana native and longtime resident of Greenfield, establishing his practice here in 1972. Mr. Murphy is a proven trial lawyer who will fight hard on your behalf, in negotiations or at trial. His fearless courtroom attitude and dedication to clients is a reflection of his lengthy military career. He retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves in 2001, after 29 years of service that included deployments to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bosnia.

Katie Mofield joined the firm in 2005. She was born and raised in New Castle, and studied law at Indiana University in Indianapolis. Ms. Mofield worked extensively in personal injury law with another firm before earning her law degree.

We strive to be available to help clients through difficult periods of their lives.
